Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- ½ head medium-sized cabbage, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 15oz can tomato puree
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 beets, peeled and cubed
- 1 bunch fresh dill, roughly chopped

Preparation:
